It's official. We're backing an exciting national radio initiative that has taken Sydney by storm. Did you know that the male salary is on average 20% higher than that of women? This means that from October 27 until the end of the year, women are basically working for free!

So in an effort to raise awareness of the gender pay gap in Australia, KIIS FM superstar radio duo Kyle and Jackie O have declared Tuesday October 27 as Equal Pay Day. And Just Cuts™ is jumping on board!

On Tuesday October 27, we'll be offering 20% off all our services to all women for 20% off Tuesday! Yep, you heard us. That's 20% off all services, in every single one of our 162 salons Australia-wide.

Why we're so passionate about this cause?
• So many of our Stylists are female, so we're celebrating our amazing in-salon driving force
• Of the 132 people in our Owner group, 70 are female
• On average, 50% of our 80,000 Clients a week are female, so it's time we give something back to them

To redeem your offer, simply pop in to any one of our salons on October 27 and of our amazing Team Members will be able to help you out. Locate your nearest Just Cuts salon here.

And don't forget to share your snaps from the day on our Facebook page here. And hashtag #kjequalpayday on all your posts!
